In The Name Of Allah The Most Beneficent The Most Merciful

All praises indeed are due to Allah, we praise Him, we seek His assistance and forgiveness and we turn to Him in repentance. We seek refuge with Him from the evils of our souls and our misdeeds. Whoever Allah has guided is the one that is indeed guided and nobody can lead such astray. And whoever is led astray, then for such, there is no helper/protector that can guide him. I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah. He is One and has no partner. I testify also that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) is Allah’s slave and messenger. May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him, his household, and all his companions in general.

Thereafter… Oh believers! Fear Allah the Most Exalted and be mindful of Him, the Most Glorifed and Most Majestic. And act in obedience to Allah and be far from His disobedience, because it is indeed only in that, that there is the happiness of this life and the hereafter.

Thereafter, You should know – oh seervants of Allah – that belief in angels is the second pillar of faith (eemaan), and that a servant’s faith is not valid without belief iin them (angels). In the well-known hadith of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that is called the hadth of Jibreel: “…He (Jibreel) said, ‘then tell me about Faith’. He ( (Eemaan). He (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) said, ‘it is to believe/have faith in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Last Day, and to believe in Predestination – both good and bad’…” (Muslim). Angels are creatures of Allah. He chooses them from all His creatures and honor them, and made them special with certain merits and being free from any blemish. They are of utmost character with Allah and most compliant of His commands: And they say, “The Most Merciful has taken a son.” Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honoured servants. (Al-Anbiyaa: 26).

It is part of Eeman (faith), so it is mandatory for a responsible muslim adult to have a complete faith in them (Angels) in accordance with what is established with him about them, that their creation is from light just like the creation of Aadam is from dust/clay. It has been narrated from our mother ‘Aaishah that the Messenger of Allah(Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) said: “The angels were created from light, the jinns were created from flames of fire, and Aadam was created from what has been described to you.” (Muslim).

Part of belief in them is to believe that Allah has given them massive bodies and capabilities that is not known to anyone except Allah: O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded. (At-Tahreem: 6).

It is part of belief in them to believe that they are so many that their number is not known except to the One Who created them, the Most Honourable and Most Majestic. In the long hadith of Anas ibn Maalik about the Israa wal Mi’iraaj (the Night Journey and Ascension): Then, I was taken up to the seventh heaven. Jibreel demanded that the gate be opened. It was said, ‘Who is it?’ He said, ‘Jibreel.’ It was said, ‘Who is with you?’ He replied, ‘Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him).’ It was said, ‘Has he been sent for?’ He replied, ‘He has indeed been sent for.’ The gate was opened for us, and there I found Ibraheem (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) reclining on Al-Bayt-ul-Ma`amuur, and there enter it seventy thousand angels everyday, and they never go back there again.…” (Bukaariy). So how many will their number get to, up till the Hour (of Ressurection)?

In the hadith of Abdullah ibn Mas’uud about the angels in charge of the Fire on the Day of Ressurection, he said the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) said: “Jahannam (Fire) would be brought on the Day (of Ressurection) with seventy thousand reins, with seventy thousand angels pulling each rein.” (Muslim). ‘And no one knows the soldiers of your Lord except He (Himself)’. These are some of them!

Part of belief in them (angels) is to believe what Allah has made specially for them of real wings that they fly with, just as Allah, our Lord, the Most Exalted, has informed us in His Words: [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things, capable. (Al-Faatir: 1). And Allah increases the wings for some of them, (angel) in multiples of that (stated). Ibn Mas’uud said in the tafseer of the statement of Allah, the Most Honourable and Most Majestic, (“And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer.), that the prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) saw Jibreel having six hundred wings. (Bukaari and Muslim). And it has not been established that anyone has seen them in the actual way that Allah cretaed them except the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him).

Part of believing in them is to believe that they use these their wings to cover gatherings where Allah is being remembered. It is narrated from Abu Hurrairah that the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) said: Allah, the Exalted, has teams of angels who go about on the roads seeking those who remember Allah. When they find some people remembering Allah they call to one another and say, `Come to what you are looking for;’ and they surround them with their wings till the space between them and the lowest sky is fully covered. (Bukhaari and Muslim). The sermon on the day of Jumuah is one of the gatherings of Remembrance of Allah, so they (angel) are present in this our gathering, in-shaa Allah!

It is narated from Abu Hurrairah that the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be on him) said: When Friday arrives, angels are over the door of every mosque to record those who arrive one by one. When the Imam sits to begin, they close their scrolls and come to listen to the reminder. (Bukhaari and Muslim)

Part of belief in them is to believe that they appear in human form with the command/permission of their Lord and they appear in the best form, the  way Jibreel appeared in the form of a man with a sparkling white dress and very dark hair. Perharps, they appear also in the opposite form, as a trial and a test: And mention, [O Muhammad], in the Book [the story of] Maryam, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east. And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel [i.e., Jibreel], and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man. (Maryam: 16-17).

Every servant of Allah has two angels attached to him, writing his sayings and deeds, the deeds include the deeds of the heart like intention. The Righteous Predecessors  agreed that the angel on the right side writes good deeds and that on the left side writes the evil deeds. Allah says: When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left. ( 18 )   Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]. (Suratul- Qaf: 17-18.)

Among the angels is the one that will be present at the period of the departure of the soul (at dead). The angel will be saying Amin to what people and the family of the deceased are saying, Some of the angels say Amin to the supplication of the believers that they make for themselves in their absence, and Some pray for those that visit their friends, brothers, and lovers. Some of the angels pray for those that sleep with ablution. They also pray for those that spend their wealth on the path of Allah that Allah should replenish it. Some angels rain curses on some sinners and those that are entitled to curse.

The angels do the will of Allah and never doubt Allah’s order least disobeying it.

The noblest among them are the carriers of the Arsh (throne), they are close to Allah SWT and continuously chant Allah’s glorification by thanking Him and seeking for His forgiveness on the believers. Allah described them thus: Those [angels] who carry the Throne and those around it exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who have believed, [saying], “Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. (Surat Ghafir: 7)

I say this and seek for Allah’s forgiveness for myself and you and all Muslims from sin. Seek for His forgiveness, He will forgive you, He is oft forgiving and merciful.

All praise is due to Allah, I testify that there is no god except Allah, He is alone and has no partner and testify that Muhammad is His servant and messenger SAW.

Oh servants of Allah, the greatest possession/property of a man after his religion is his nation., There is no man that is not proud of his country because it is the cradle and hotbed of his childhood, shelter/hideout of his elderly period, source of his remembrance and the homeland of his fathers and great grand fathers, the abode of his children and great grand children.

The love of one’s nation is an embedded natural urge in the heart. This makes man to feel at peace when he remains in it, longs for it when he is not in it (absent from it), defends it when being attacked, and he gets angry when it is being disparaged. The animals are not even  pleased to have a change of their nation. This is why man  sacrifices every worthy and expensive things for it’s course. The birds live in their nets and are not pleased with other place even if it is silk. Fish travel miles in the seas and oceans then return to his nation.

This is Allah’s legacy in His creature, He has made it the nature of man, this is why people that live in a very hot areas or those that live in the cold snow or those that live in the thick forests, do endure their environment because of the love of their nations and homes.

The love of one’s nation necessitates the maintenance of her unity and abstaining from what will bring disunity, calamity and destruction to it.

The first nucleus in nation building, state and civilization establishment is unity, mutual assistance and love between individuals of the community. This is what our noble Prophet SAW urged people on and laid down in the establishment of the Islamic state in Madinah, he then joined the Muhajiruun and the Ansaar in brotherhood, thereafter wrote the city constitution and spread the spirit of ally and love.

Servants of Allah, be careful of those that want to destroy the ally and unity of the nation, destroy the nation, spread false information and news in order to weaken the the status of the state in the minds of people this they do through propaganda and social media.

Servants of Allah, plant in your child, love of the homeland and pride in her achievements and present glory, in order to realize in themselves the meaning of good citizenship, they are the hope of the nation and the builders of tomorrow.

I ask Allah, SWT to be sufficient for  us from the evil of the evil peoples and to preserve our countries and the countries of the Muslims.
